Having previously directed another golf club and served as a Handicap Chairman, I understand the nuances and intricacies involved in ensuring the smooth operation of a golf club. My dedication to promoting fairness and accuracy in handicapping aligns with our club's values. I am committed to staying current with the latest developments in the golfing world, particularly in the realm of handicap systems. Today, I am attending an SCGA recertification class to ensure that I am up-to-date with the World Handicap System, further solidifying my dedication to serving the club diligently.
While a previous family issue compelled me to step down from my directorial position last year, I am now fully available and prepared to dedicate myself wholeheartedly to the club's success. My prior experience has equipped me with valuable insights, and I am ready to utilize this knowledge to serve the best interests of our members.
Moreover, my extensive background in technology has equipped me with the skills necessary to utilize the Golf Genius program provided by the SCGA effectively. I am committed to leveraging this tool to streamline our club's scoring processes during tournaments and other club outings, enhancing the overall experience for our members.
